How to Update your Pending Payment

Follow the instructions here in order to update the details on your Pending Payment/Purchase.


Step 1: Tap the “eReceipt” tab from the Main Menu then select “Pending Payments” from the sub-categories that will be displayed.


Step 2: Once you are directed to the Pending Payments page, click the “View Products” link.


Step 3: Tap the “UPDATE PAYMENT” button to make changes on your pending purchase. You can edit the payment details and upload a copy of your proof of payment.


Step 4: Fill out the form that will pop-up after tapping the Update Payment button.


Step 5: Upload a photo/picture of your proof of payment. Follow the screenshot provided in order to upload the copy of your receipt.


Step 6: Make sure the information and the photo you’ve attached to the form are correct. Then, tap the “SUBMIT” button to save the changes for your payment details.


Step 7: Wait for your purchase to be approved. (Usually takes about 24-48 working hours).

A confirmation message will be sent to your registered email address once your purchase have been approved.
