To cancel your pending purchase, follow the steps provided here.
Step 1: Tap the “eReceipt” tab from the Main Menu then select “Pending Payments” from the sub-categories that will be displayed.
Step 2: Once you are directed to the Pending Payments page, click the “View Products” link.
Step 3: Tap the “CANCEL” button to make changes on your pending purchase.
Step 4: A pop-up message will be displayed. To confirm the removal of your pending purchase, tap the “CANCEL PURCHASE” button.
