The incentive program works on a point system.
In order for you to earn points you have to earn
P1,000 referral commission = 1 point
P1,000 worth of 2nd tier commission = 1 point
In order for you to win the incentives you have to earn the required points before the deadline expires ( time left )
Once you hit the required points before the deadline expires, you will receive it depending on the type of incentive that you earned.
